By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

2. Our products

We supply specialist mobility and assisted-living equipment, including powered toilet lifting systems and associated products.

Product descriptions, specifications, features, dimensions and prices are displayed on the relevant product pages.

Customers should check that products are suitable for their intended use and compatible with their existing facilities.

If you are uncertain about suitability, please contact us before ordering.

Product information on our website does not replace relevant professional medical advice, occupational therapy advice or manufacturer instructions.

Nothing in these terms excludes our legal responsibility for the accuracy, quality or fitness for purpose of products we supply.

3. Orders and contract formation

Products may be ordered through our online checkout.

After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received it.

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

A contract will be formed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.

If an item becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for goods we cannot supply.

We may correct genuine pricing or product-information errors before accepting an order.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling.

The total amount payable, including applicable VAT, delivery and selected additional services, will be confirmed before you complete checkout.

Payment is processed through Shopify and its authorised payment providers.

Orders must be paid for in full unless we have expressly agreed alternative arrangements.

5. VAT relief

Certain mobility products may qualify for VAT relief when purchased by eligible customers for qualifying purposes.

Eligibility is subject to applicable HMRC requirements.

Where VAT relief is offered, customers must provide the required eligibility declaration and any information necessary to apply the correct tax treatment.

VAT relief is not automatically available to everyone purchasing mobility equipment.

We reserve the right to request clarification or charge the correct VAT where a declaration is invalid or the statutory requirements are not met.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver in-stock products within 3–5 working days, subject to location, stock availability and delivery arrangements.

Within England, delivery may be undertaken using our own vehicles and personnel where routes permit.

In Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, we will normally use suitable third-party delivery services.

Delivery charges and available methods will be displayed or confirmed before order completion.

Further details are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss or damage normally remains with us until the goods are received by you or a person identified by you to receive them, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

7. Installation

Some products may be supplied without installation.

Where supply-only products are suitable for self-installation, customers should follow the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable safety requirements.

Professional installation may be available as a separate service, subject to location, product compatibility and any necessary assessment.

Where installation is purchased, the agreed scope, price and arrangements will be confirmed separately.

Customers must ensure that any installation they arrange independently is performed safely and in accordance with applicable requirements.

Nothing in this section removes our statutory responsibilities for goods or services supplied by us.

8. Returns and cancellations

Customers purchasing online have statutory cancellation rights, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Our Return and Refund Policy explains these rights, our returns procedures, hygiene-related considerations and refund arrangements.

Customers may contact hello@easiloo.co.uk to request cancellation or a return.

No term of this agreement excludes or restricts statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Product hygiene and suitability

Some equipment is designed for toileting or personal hygiene and may be supplied with protective hygiene seals.

Where the statutory sealed-goods hygiene exception applies, breaking a qualifying seal after delivery may affect the right to cancel for a change of mind.

This does not affect statutory remedies for goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to comply with consumer law.

Customers are encouraged to check compatibility and suitability before use or installation.

10. Warranties and aftercare

Products may include manufacturer warranties or additional guarantees.

Specific warranty terms will be provided with the product or made available on request.

Any warranty or guarantee operates in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please contact us if you experience a product fault or need aftercare assistance.

11. Optional demonstrations and other services

Where we offer paid home demonstrations, assessments or other optional services, the price, service area, booking arrangements and applicable cancellation terms will be provided before purchase.

Any promotional purchase credit or discount linked to a demonstration will be governed by the conditions stated when the service is booked.

Any service requested to begin during a statutory cancellation period will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer cancellation requirements.

12. Intellectual property

Website content, branding, text, graphics and original images are owned by or licensed to Assisted Health & Mobility Limited unless otherwise indicated.

Product trademarks and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Unauthorised commercial reproduction of protected content is prohibited, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

13. Website availability and external links

We aim to maintain an accurate and accessible website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services. Their content and privacy arrangements are governed by the relevant third parties.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, breach of statutory consumer rights or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our liability to consumers is determined in accordance with applicable law.

15. Personal information

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Any changes will apply prospectively and will not retrospectively alter contractual rights or obligations without a lawful basis or appropriate agreement.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers elsewhere in the United Kingdom of mandatory protections applicable to them.
